I took the kids raspberry picking at a beautiful (and inexpensive) little farm in Salem, NY this past Sunday and now find myself with pounds of raspberries and no idea what to do with them!
I am not, and have never been, a jam/jelly making mama. Of all teh things I attempt, that is not one of them...although canning in general isn't my specialty. So I am on a quest to find amazing new recipes to use the raspberries my 4 yr old and 10 yr old took such care in collecting.
Any suggestions??
I found this site (raspberryrecipes.net) that I am going to look through....does anyone have any tried and true recipes that do not require canning?
